• Shipping Options: We offer Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) on all orders. Expedited shipping is not currently available. 
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Customs fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $350 for our exclusive COZY apparel and lifestyle items. Please note that free shipping is not available for COZY Life collaboration products.
• Lost Packages: Contact us at info@cozytravelagency.com for support. 

Return Policy

We want you to love every COZY product you bring home! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

• Returns: Accepted within 30 days for unused items in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products, final sale items, COZY Life collaboration and gift cards.
• Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return (shipping fees excluded).
• Damaged Items: Contact us at info@cozytravelagency.com for a replacement or refund.
